ADE User Community Meetup

Calling all Agile Data Engine users!

We're excited to bring together the ADE user community in person in Helsinki. Whether you're a seasoned ADE user or just getting started, this meetup is for you. We're giving our meetup attendees an exclusive first look at our newest product features before they go live. This is your chance to see what's coming next! Register latest by Friday, August 30th, 4pm EEST (if seats are still available).

Event details:

Date: September 3rd, 2024 (it's a Tuesday - let's kick off the work week in a fun way!)
Time: 16:00 - 20:00 EEST
Location: In person at the Solita office's Meetup-space, Eteläesplanadi 8, 00130 HKI, 5th floor (and don't worry - we're accommodating those who can only join remotely by streaming program portions)

Meetup agenda (keep scrolling to learn more about our speakers!):

  • 4 PM: Arrival to the Meetup-space - refreshments & swag grab!

  • Welcoming words from the ADE team

  • Insider Access: Roadmap & Sneak Peek of Unreleased Features
Join our Chief Product Officer, Harri Kallio, and Solutions Architect Taha Gad for an exclusive look at the future of ADE as they reveal upcoming features and offer you the chance to gain early access and discuss your thoughts directly with our experts at the event.

  • Tech Demo: Automating Common Load Templates - Making the Impossible Possible
Join our Solution Architect, Johanna Vainio, in this technical demo, where she will lead you on an exploration of the often underutilized feature of templating and its powerful impact on automating and standardizing the creation of data loads. Templating significantly speeds up the process, reduced errors, and, for example, facilitates faster onboarding of new team members by ensuring that common load templates are implemented in a consistent manner.

  • 6 PM: Program wrap-up & happy hour(s) begins! Food, drinks, and having fun.

We’ll be streaming select portions of the event for those who can’t make it to Helsinki. If this event speaks to you and you’re eager to join the conversation, simply join our community Slack, where the link will be shared the day before the meetup (and it's a great resource for ADE users to have on hand). Should you encounter any issues joining Slack or finding the stream link, please don’t hesitate to email Elina Kaihua, Customer Success Specialist, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Why attend:

Balance of work and play: Don't miss out on this opportunity for exclusive roadmap access, hands-on learning, and having a great time with the ADE team and peers.
Networking: Our users are some of the best data pros out there - join the meetup to build meaningful connections and learn from each other.
Community swag: It wouldn't be a user meetup without some ADE swag up for grabs.

Special sign-up opportunity:

When it comes to our meetup, the more the merrier! We're offering a team sign-up opportunity with an incentive: team sign-ups receive double the swag. Here's how it works:

  • Someone in your organization gets super excited about the ADE user community meetup, and wants to enjoy it together with colleagues.
  • Only one of you fills out the registration form and includes the names and work emails of all attending colleagues in the open field.
  • That's it!

We are now fully booked and cannot take any more attendees.

If you still want to meet us, welcome to join us for ADE Summit 2024, October 30 in Helsinki Musiikkitalo.

Please Note: Our meetup aims to bring together users and enthusiasts of Agile Data Engine. As such, we reserve the right to limit attendance from those who may not fit the intended audience profile to ensure a constructive and positive experience for all. Please understand that by attending, you consent to having your likeness shared in promotional posts e.g. on social media, or for other marketing purposes.
