Juuso Karikoski has led data development at DNA for the past six years, driving progress at program, project, and team levels. As Head of Data Management & BI, he is responsible for data management, analytics, and related systems within DNA’s technology organization.

An agile and structured leader, Juuso combines strong communication and team management skills with deep expertise across diverse data domains. His experience spans both business areas — such as sales, customer service, and marketing — and support functions like finance, legal, compliance, and HR.

With a strong background in behavioral data from the market research and telecommunications industries, Juuso brings a broad perspective on how data can be turned into business value.

With more than a decade of experience in data management, Arto Osala has spent nearly ten years working with DNA on a wide range of data-related topics, from warehousing and modeling to architecture.

He has contributed across almost every major domain — including sales, billing, traffic, and finance — always with a strong focus on making data practical and valuable. Arto is especially motivated by helping others reach their goals through data. His curiosity about what data represents, how it works, and how it can be used has shaped his career, and he is known for his ability to dig deep into complex datasets — even finding a special fascination with large tables.

With a career spanning global leadership roles in automotive, consulting, and technology, Florian Gorzitzke brings a rare mix of industry depth and transformation expertise. From 15 years at BMW Group to senior positions at Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger, he has led strategies and turnaround programs that helped manufacturers and industrial companies achieve real operational impact and growth across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

Florian’s strength? Turning bold strategies into measurable outcomes. While others may stay at the vision level, he focuses on execution — making sure that data, AI, and organizational change truly deliver. As Lead for Manufacturing & Automotive at Databricks, he now helps companies harness the power of data and AI to compete and innovate at scale. A frequent voice in industry discussions, Florian shares insights on how technology and transformation intersect, with a relentless focus on strengthening competitiveness.

Tuuli Bollmann is a Senior Data Engineer at Kesko, with hands-on experience working across data platforms, customer data, and GDPR compliance. After pivoting into tech from a background in Asia-Pacific studies and Japanology, Tuuli entered the field through a data engineering bootcamp in 2019.

She started her career as a Junior IT Consultant focused on cloud migrations, and later joined Kesko in 2022 to work on the LUMI Project — a major initiative in building Kesko’s modern data platform.

In addition to her engineering work, Tuuli has also served as Scrum Master for the LUMI team. She brings a “data over technology” mindset, with a strong focus on delivering maintainable, insight-driven solutions.

Matti is our CEO. He has 30 years of experience in business intelligence and data warehousing, and has worked within top BI, DW, and SaaS vendors.

He is passionate about empowering organizations to unlock the full potential of their data, from the shop floor all the way up to senior management, and is excited to lead Agile Data Engine in helping data leaders foster a stronger data culture and get the best possible lifetime value from their data.

Harri Kallio is our Chief Product Officer. One of the co-founders of Agile Data Engine, Harri is a visionary tech leader with 20 years of experience in software product development, primarily within data-intensive and operational analytics SaaS.

Harri's deep knowledge of modern database technologies and performance architecture dovetails with his hands-on tactical approach to strategic product roadmapping.

Juha Teljo has over 35 years of experience in Data, Analytics and AI as he started his career in the dawn of Business Intelligence.
He has worked for leading technology vendors in the analytics domain and has witnessed development of associated technologies from first row. Juha has also held several international leadership positions in the domain leading sizable operations in Europe.

Juha is passionate about focusing on business value data can provide and ensuring that it materializes for organizations decision making processes and operational functions. Data is not a project - it is culture!
